It has already been over a month since I shared that I'm going to be taking a team to India for the first couple months of 2011! I have had so many things to share but could not find any time to do so. A lot has changed with our outreach plans already. I have been learning about "flexibility" since the beginning of my journey in missions and teaching my team what that means was a good reminder that things don't usually go as planned, and that I need to try my best at keeping the best attitude and moving forward gracefully.
One of the big changes is within the team. We started out having a team of 31 going to India! Thankfully, we were able to make two separate teams by finding another leader to help.
I am now the leader of a team of 14 going to Bangladesh and India!
One of our teammates, Ellie, fell on her very snowy walk to class last week and broke her ankle. She is now home for Christmas break and we will be in process of making a decision about whether or not she will be able to join us for outreach. She is very anxious to go with us so please keep this in your prayers.
My team is amazing. There is so much passion within my team and I am anxious to see them put it into action!
Check out the newsletter they made and you will understand what I am talking about!
